The Global Test Manager will lead quality assurance strategy and execution across multiple markets for the DMB CMS team. This role ensures all releases meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and compliance. It combines strong leadership with technical expertise to oversee testing across release cycles and BAU operations, including manual and automation testing, root cause analysis, and validation. The Test Manager will lead testing teams, define and track test metrics/KPIs, analyze defect trends, drive improvements to reduce recurring issues, and deliver data‑driven reporting to help markets plan releases and prioritize fixes effectively.

• Defines the global testing strategy and standards to ensure consistent quality across markets.

• Oversees test execution and leads testing teams across manual and automated activities.

• Maintains and improves test frameworks while tracking QA metrics, risks, and defects.

• Performs root cause analysis and validates fixes to improve long‑term stability.

• Drives continuous improvement and ensures compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including leadership roles.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and QA automation tools.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in global technology projects.

• Experience managing different phases of testing for global technology initiatives.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms and multi‑market deployments.

• Expertise in test automation frameworks and performance testing.

• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.

• Knowledge of Agile and Dev Ops practices.
