The Requirements Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting system requirements to ensure successful project outcomes. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to identify needs and develop solutions that meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business and system requirements.
- Analyze and evaluate current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop functional specifications, use cases, and process workflows.
- Assist in the design and implementation of system solutions.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in testing and validation of system changes to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and documentation for implemented systems.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of four years of experience in a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. - Proficiency in relevant software and data analysis tools.
