AI Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and integrate AI‑driven applications across multiple systems, workflows, and business functions. This role focuses heavily on API integrations, automation, workflow optimization, and building intelligent tools using leading AI models such as Gemini, Claude, and other LLM frameworks.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working across applications, CRMs, financial systems, marketing operations, and internal productivity tools to automate human tasks, streamline processes, and build scalable AI solutions.

• Build and deploy AI‑driven applications for desktop, mobile, and phone‑based user interfaces.

• Implement solutions leveraging Gemini, Claude, and other LLMs (including Gemini 3.0).

• Create intelligent agents, automations, and decision-support tools.

• Develop conversational interfaces and hybrid‑AI workflows.

• Design, build, and maintain API-driven integrations between internal and external platforms.

• Create advanced automations that replace or augment manual human tasks.

• Identify and reduce workflow friction ("workflow loss")
  -across teams.

• Build pipelines that support seamless data movement between tools.

• Implement and optimize AI-enabled processes within CRM(s).

• Build automated workflows supporting accounting, billing, and financial operations.

• Develop AI support for marketing campaigns, reporting, and analytics.

• Build Chrome‑based tools, extensions, and automations.

• Integrate AI into browser workflows for research, reporting, sourcing, and operations.

• Strong experience in APIs, RESTful integrations, and webhooks.

• Background in building or supporting AI-driven applications across multiple environments.

• Familiarity with LLMs such as Gemini, Claude, OpenAI models.

• Experience with CRM automation, Quick Books API, Asana workflows, and Slack integrations.

• Understanding of workflow design, business operations, and automation strategy.

• Experience with AI‑augmented marketing, content generation, and campaign tools.

• Ability to transform manual human tasks into automated processes.

• Strong understanding of data structure, security, and cloud-based systems.

• Prior experience automating or enhancing workflows in Google ecosystems.

• Familiarity with contract automation or e‑signature workflow tools.
