We are growing and looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who wants to own paid media strategy and execution across multiple brands — and be directly responsible for measurable performance.
The RoleThis is not a coordinator role. This is a hands-on performance marketing role
.
- Build, launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta and Linked In
- Manage budgets across multiple franchise brands
- Improve CPL, CPA and ROAS performance
- Create and test new funnels, audiences and creative angles
- Report directly on performance and impact
You will work closely with:
- Account leadership
- Content team
- Creative team
- CEO
You will be in the room where decisions are made.
What You’ll Own Paid Media Strategy & Execution- Google Search, Display and You Tube campaigns
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation
- Linked In lead gen and B2B targeting
- Retargeting and audience segmentation
- Conversion tracking setup and optimization
- Landing page performance feedback
- Creative testing recommendations
- Audience testing strategy
- Budget reallocation decisions
- Weekly reporting dashboards
- Clear insights (not just metrics)
- Recommendations tied to growth
- Cost per lead analysis
- Pipeline contribution visibility
- 3+ years managing paid digital campaigns
- Direct hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and Linked In Ads
- Demonstrated improvement in CPL / CPA
- Experience managing multiple accounts or brands
- Comfort with analytics and attribution tools
- Agency experience
- Franchise or multi-location experience
- Hub Spot, Go High Level or CRM familiarity
- Landing page testing experience
- Data-driven and commercially minded
- Comfortable being accountable for performance
- Not precious about creative — focused on conversion
- Curious and always testing
- Comfortable working in-office with a fast-moving team
- Real ownership
