Job Description:As an Oracle Demand & Supply Planning Specialist, you will be a key expert on Oracle Fusion, driving best-practice adoption and shaping the platform to meet the Client’s business needs.
What You’ll Do- Lead solution design and transformation for Demand & Supply Planning.
- Define functional strategy, identify innovation opportunities, and influence platform evolution.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and designs.
- Perform impact assessments and maintain requirements traceability.
- Configure, test, and support new or enhanced Oracle Fusion functionality.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across all stakeholder levels.
- Collaborate with Oracle to influence product roadmap priorities.
- Support issue resolution and elevate product bugs when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of Oracle / Oracle Fusion experience.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.
- Technical leadership and platform expertise.
- Strong time-management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience building roadmaps and influencing stakeholders.
