• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define, document, and validate business and technical requirements that align with business goals.
• Decompose requirements into succinct and actionable user stories to drive solution delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support cross‑functional teams in adhering to Agile and SDLC frameworks.
• Leverage the latest automation capabilities to drive efficiencies across discovery and development activities.
• Act as a liaison across business and technical delivery teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding.
• Support product ideation, discovery, and solution design through data profiling, rapid prototyping, and exploratory analysis.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of solutions.

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, or related consulting roles, with exposure to Agile delivery models.
• Proven ability to generate user stories, manage backlogs, and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Strong client management, relationship building, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in technical product decomposition, requirements traceability, and risk management.
• Familiarity with data storytelling, SQL, BI tools, and technical requirements capture is a plus.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple work streams in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.
