Sales Initiatives and Operations Manager
The North America Initiatives and Operations Manager will work closely with senior leadership to drive execution, alignment, and scale for go-to-market initiatives across the region. This role is instrumental in translating strategic priorities into coordinated programs, measurable outcomes, and consistent cross-functional execution spanning Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Partner teams.
This is a high-impact, execution-focused role ideal for a proactive professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, program management, and executive communication.
The position is primarily remote, with occasional travel for planning sessions, customer events, and internal meetings.
Key Responsibilities Go-to-Market Program Execution- Drive planning, coordination, and execution of North America sales and marketing programs
- Provide insight-driven recommendations to inform future go-to-market planning
- Translate leadership priorities into actionable initiatives with defined milestones
- Maintain structured oversight of program progress, dependencies, and outcomes
- Ensure priorities and next steps are communicated clearly and consistently across teams
- Build dashboards, trackers, and reporting mechanisms to enable data-driven decisions
- Analyze trends related to pipeline, account engagement, program adoption, and performance
- Synthesize complex data into clear insights and executive-ready summaries
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure data integrity and alignment
- Partner with cross-functional commercial teams to support campaign execution and field enablement
- Operationalize proposition-led initiatives through structured programs and messaging
- Promote alignment across sellers, specialists, solution architects, and advisors
- Track go-to-market adoption and assess program effectiveness
- Support structured account planning, engagement cadence, and prioritization models
- Coordinate targeted account and market initiatives across teams
- Monitor execution and follow-through on agreed strategic priorities
- Contribute to improving account engagement, contact coverage, and CRM data quality
- Work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Operations
- Act as a connector to drive alignment, clarity, and momentum across initiatives
- Surface risks, dependencies, and opportunities requiring leadership attention
- Develop and maintain North America monthly and quarterly business reviews for:
- Global executive leadership
- North America Sales leadership
- North America Delivery leadership
- Produce clear, executive-ready materials summarizing:
- Business performance and trends
- Progress against strategic priorities
- Key initiatives, risks, and focus areas
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across reporting cycles
- Lead content planning and presentation development for monthly and quarterly North America All-Hands calls
- Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Operations leaders to gather updates
- Shape aligned messaging that reflects current priorities and progress
- Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials
- Manage timelines and readiness to ensure polished, on-time execution
- Prepare presentations and briefing materials for leadership meetings
- Represent leadership in selected meetings to support continuity and decision follow-up
- Capture and track decisions, action items, and next steps to ensure accountability
- Support the establishment of consistent operating rhythms and governance processes
- Track execution against plans and identify risks, gaps, or dependencies
- Help drive transparency, efficiency, and momentum across initiatives
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Program management
- Sales operations
- Marketing operations
- Business operations
- Consulting or analytics-driven roles
- Experience supporting senior leaders or cross-functional programs in a B2B environment preferred
- Experience in professional services, technology, or cybersecurity is a strong plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot
- Experienced Salesforce user
- Ability to connect execution insights back to strategic decision-making
- Skilled at building dashboards, trackers, and executive-level presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused
- Strong relationship builder, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders at regional and global levels
