• Run meetings with business partners and other groups to gather requirements
• Communicate requirements clearly to Development and QA
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to clearly document the high-level requirements
• Write detailed stories and acceptance criteria for Development to code to and QA to use as the basis for their test cases
• Responsible for working with Business partners around the world and gather, write and communicate requirements in a high pressure FX Market environment where things change at a fast pace and Business expectations are high
• Work with one of the client's foremost Agile development teams, using techniques from Scrum software development methodologies
• Participate in most phases of a project life cycle including gathering requirements, writing stories and acceptance criteria, estimations, test planning, writing user guides and training material and writing external and internal release communication
• Gather evidence from various repositories (SharePoint, source code, database, wiki pages, etc.) for Audit/Regulatory requests

• Business Analyst/Scrum Master with 5+ years' experience with gathering and writing business and technical requirements
• Experience with agile process and running all agile ceremonies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to keep asking the right questions until you get all the details behind a one sentence business requirement; always be thinking about what impact does this have on different groups within FX (Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office) and include them in requirements discussions
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time and work with many different groups
• Flexible with day-to-day responsibilities; business priorities can change quickly, so you need to be able to shift your focus quickly and keep a positive attitude
• Self-motivated, able to on multiple projects and run with them with little guidance
• Demonstrate good judgment to make decisions independently
• Able to write SQL queries against database, Foreign Exchange or Financial industry experience required
