Role SummaryProvide Level3 production support for MS SQL Server environments, acting as the final escalation point for complex incidents and ensuring database availability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities- L3 escalation support for MS SQL Server production issues.
- SQL Server install, configuration, patching, and upgrades (2016+).
- Performance tuning, query optimization, and root cause analysis.
- Support HA/DR solutions (Always On, Clustering, Log Shipping).
- Backup, restore, and disaster recovery support.
- Database security, compliance, and operational documentation.
- 8+ years MS SQL Server DBA experience.
- Strong TSQL, performance tuning, and HA/DR expertise.
- Experience in 24x7 mission critical production environments.
Must be US Citizen
