About the Role The Jr. Program Manager role supports data reporting, automation initiatives, and cross-functional project coordination across Amazon-supported operations. This position combines hands-on analytics work with structured project tracking and stakeholder communication to help ensure data initiatives are delivered efficiently and aligned to business priorities.

This role will work closely with the Data team to support AI initiatives, executive reporting, dashboard optimization, and operational process improvements. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.##

Primary Responsibilities:

### Analytics & Reporting
* Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and recurring operational reports
* Validate data accuracy and support ongoing data integrity initiatives
* Assist in gathering requirements from stakeholders for reporting and automation needs
* Translate business questions into structured data requests and deliver actionable insights
* Support development of self-service reporting tools to reduce ad hoc workload* ### Project & Portfolio Support
* Maintain centralized tracking of active data initiatives and project timelines
* Monitor deliverables, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies
* Prepare structured status updates for leadership and stakeholders
* Support intake and documentation of new data requests
* Identify risks, bottlenecks, or scope changes and escalate appropriately* ### Process Improvement & Automation
* Identify repetitive reporting or workflow inefficiencies
* Support automation efforts that streamline operational processes
* Document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
* Assist with user adoption and training for new dashboards or tools* ### Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with HR, Operations, and Amazon network stakeholders
* Ensure alignment between technical contributors and business teams
* Support leadership visibility into data-driven initiatives## Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
** OR
* * minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or project coordination
* Experience building or maintaining dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Quick Suite, or similar
* Strong Excel skills with ability to manipulate and analyze datasets Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to translate business questions into structured reporting or data tasks##

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in operational or maintenance-driven environments
* Working knowledge of SQL or experience querying data
* Experience supporting cross-functional projects or coordinating deliverables
* Exposure to AWS data services such as Redshift, Athena, or Quick Suite
* Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement or automation

** 85,000.00 – 10,000.00 USD per year
* This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
