Pay Rate

$52 - $65 (hourly estimate)

8+ yeas of experience in a similar role
Hands on experience working with Salesforce application teams in an enterprise environment
Experienced with establishing an application roadmap, process mapping and application analysis
Strong communication & presentation skills, and ability to be a process owner for this application team
Ability to translate requirements into Salesforce-aligned solution designs
Experience with Service Cloud (case management/automation knowledge)

A client in Chicago is looking to add a Business Architect to their Sales IT team. They will own the end to end discovery and future state design for a new Salesforce based application, translating business needs & requirements into a clear solution roadmap. Following design approval, timeline, and roadmap, they will collaborate with development teams throughout implementation to ensure successful delivery.

The initiative focuses on building a new platform to streamline and enhance the dispute and claims experience for cargo customers.
