What's the Job?- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business partners and technical teams to gather, document, and communicate clear requirements and user stories.
- Coordinate with multiple project teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies effectively.
- Support the development of high-quality solutions by ensuring adherence to Agile best practices and standards.
- Assist in preparing documentation and training materials to facilitate smooth project execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or Scrum Master in a financial or FX environment.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile ceremonies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements and facilitate discussions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience writing SQL queries and familiarity with the financial industry, particularly Foreign Exchange, is preferred.
