Data Analyst, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
Akkodis is seeking a Scrum Master with Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL
. Candidates must have strong Agile and SDLC experience while facilitating Agile practices and documenting user stories and process flows.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies as a servant leader while coaching teams and Product Owners on Agile/Scrum practices.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments while managing risks to ensure consistent and predictable delivery.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Compliance teams to deliver API‑driven digital solutions.
- Support trading, wealth‑management, and onboarding platforms through UAT planning, backlog refinement, and sprint readiness.
- Translate complex banking workflows into scalable Agile processes and contribute to release preparation activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of combined Scrum Master and Business Analyst experience within fintech or financial services.
- Strong hands‑on expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and engineering practices such as CI/CD and TDD.
- In‑depth understanding of investment products, trade lifecycle, and financial data flows, with proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops.

$53.00 to $56.00 per hour
