Senior Director - Product Management (Quill - Agentic Content Intelligence)
We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Quill end‑to‑end—from customer discovery and portfolio strategy to shipping high‑quality releases and driving measurable adoption. This is a hands‑on, senior product leadership role. You will partner closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Deployment/Client teams, Security/Compliance, and go‑to‑market leaders to deliver differentiated capabilities in a highly regulated environment.
Quill is ZS’s agentic content intelligence product line for Pharma and Life Sciences. Quill helps regulated teams create, assemble, and review compliant content faster by combining agentic AI with deep domain workflows and enterprise‑grade governance. Key capabilities include Agentic MLR (medical, legal, regulatory) acceleration—automated guideline checks, similarity scoring, version comparison, and evidence/reference validation—as well as agentic, compliant content generation for promotional and regulatory documents integrated into clients’ content supply chains (e.g., Veeva Vault Promo Mats/Vault and other enterprise content management tools).
The ideal candidate has built and scaled enterprise SaaS products in regulated industries, has strong fluency in modern AI/LLM concepts (including agentic workflows and evaluation), and can translate complex technical and compliance constraints into simple, lovable user experiences and clear delivery plans. Experience with Pharma content operations and MLR review, and/or deep ecosystem knowledge (e.g., Veeva Vault Promo Mats, DAMs, Adobe Workfront) is highly valued.
Whatyou'll do:
Product Vision & Strategy
- Own the product vision and multi‑year strategy for Quill’s agentic content intelligence portfolio (Agentic MLR and compliant content creation).
- Define the target personas, workflows, and value propositions across Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and Agency/Content Ops stakeholders.
- Continuously refine positioning and differentiation based on market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving regulations and client needs.
- Create a clear strategy for enterprise governance: safety, auditability, explainability, risk management, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls.
- Own the Quill roadmap, quarterly planning, and release scope management; deliver a predictable, high‑quality release cadence (major and dot releases).
- Translate roadmap themes into executable epics and milestones across modules such as guideline checks, version comparison, reference validation, and content generation.
- Make high‑quality prioritization decisions using client impact, revenue potential, technical feasibility, risk, and time‑to‑value.
- Establish and track product OKRs/KPIs (adoption, cycle‑time reduction, quality/compliance outcomes, NPS, revenue/renewals).
- Lead discovery with enterprise customers (workshops, shadowing, usability testing) and synthesize insights into product decisions.
- Own the voice‑of‑customer program and feedback loops with strategic deployments to validate roadmap, quantify value, and guide iterations.
- Partner with Client teams to define success plans per account and expand use cases (e.g., from MLR accelerator into broader content creation and supply chain).
