The Role

ZGSS is seeking a Senior Account Executive, Managed Services & Technology-Enabled Solutions to drive enterprise growth across our managed services offerings while supporting the expansion of our technology-enabled and SaaS capabilities.

This role is ideal for a senior sales professional who understands how to sell complex, outsourced or managed services, can navigate long sales cycles with sophisticated buyers, and is excited to help clients adopt more standardized, platform-driven workflows as the business evolves.

U.S.

-based remote or Chicago hybrid. Our headquarters is in Chicago, and many of our priority growth markets are on the West Coast. Candidates located in Pacific or Mountain time zones are especially encouraged to apply.
This role includes periodic travel to prospective clients, industry conferences, and our Chicago office.

What You’ll Do
  • Create and manage the full sales cycle from the ground up for enterprise managed service engagements, from discovery through close and expansion
  • Lead consultative discovery to understand client workflows and operational requirements
  • Partner with internal delivery and legal teams to scope, price, and structure solutions
  • Navigate procurement, legal, security, and executive stakeholders
  • Introduce and expand ZGSS technology and SaaS capabilities within service engagements
  • Build long-term relationships with senior legal and compliance leaders
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Provide market feedback to leadership and maintain awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to support solution development, drive innovation, and identify growth opportunities
  • Management of the sales tech stack (CRM, sequencing tools, and data providers).
  • Development and execution of a self-generated outbound prospecting strategy to build a consistent pipeline without heavy reliance on marketing-qualified leads.
  • Collaborate on the creation of sales collateral, case studies, and proposal templates to standardize the buying journey.
  • Design and lead the post-sale 'onboarding handoff' process to ensure delivery teams are aligned with client expectations and contractual SLAs.
Who You Are
  • 7–12+ years of experience selling enterprise managed services or complex solutions
  • Strong domain expertise in legal, compliance, eDiscovery, or regulated environments
  • Proven success with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • ‘No task is too small’ attitude with the seniority to influence high-level strategy, and has executive presence with senior decision-makers
  • Founding mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping shape evolving GTM motions
  • Expertise in managing the entire funnel, including lead generation, discovery, demos, and closing
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • CRM experience required. Experience with Hubspot CRM is a plus.

Annual base salary range of $ - $, plus uncapped target variable compensation of approximately $ - $ depending on experience, education, and geographic location.
