Protiviti is looking for a   Technology Consulting   Senior Manager to join our growing   Oracle   team.

As a Senior Manager,   you'll   partner with our clients to   identify   and manage risk.
You'll   develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods.    You'll   develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.    You'll   foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.
You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

T he   Senior Manager - Oracle Cloud Data Conversion, Security & Controls   will lead complex, enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud (Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, OCI) transformation programs with primary accountability for   data migration/conversion strategy & execution   and   security architecture, role design, segregation of duties ( SoD ), and internal controls configuration  .    

This leadership role combines deep technical   expertise , program management, stakeholder alignment, and risk/compliance focus. The successful candidate will guide cross-functional teams (functional, technical, data, security, and testing), ensure data   integrity   and audit readiness, and deliver secure, high-quality Oracle Cloud environments that meet regulatory and business requirements.

+ Demonstrated experience with:

+ Oracle Cloud Application Securit y

+ Segregation of Duties ( SoD ) policies 

+ Advanced Financial Controls (AFC), 

+ Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI )

+ Data conversion strategy   

Data Conversion & Migration Leadership (40-50%)   

+ Own end-to-end   data conversion strategy  , roadmap, and delivery for large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations/migrations (legacy → Oracle Fusion Cloud) 

+ Define data migration approach, tools, sequencing, validation framework, and cutover strategy across Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, Projects, and EPM domains 

+ Lead data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and…
