We are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Consultant to support enterprise analytics and planning initiatives across SAP Datasphere, SAP S/4

HANA CDS views, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning. This role emphasizes data modeling and semantic layer design first, followed by planning and analytics consumption. The consultant will work closely with finance, supply chain, and business stakeholders to design scalable, planning-ready data models and deliver SAC Planning solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. This role requires a strong functional understanding of planning processes combined with solid SAP technical foundations.

• SAP Datasphere & Semantic Modeling (Primary)
  • Design and develop SAP Datasphere models for analytics and planning use cases
  • Build and optimize CDS Views (S/4
    
    HANA & HANA Native) for analytical consumption and planning-ready datasets
  • Develop KPI frameworks (actuals vs plan vs forecast) and model business logic (measures, attributes, hierarchies, cumulative vs non-cumulative KPIs, numerator/denominator calculations)
  • Ensure semantic consistency across Datasphere, CDS, BW, and SAC
  • Collaborate with architects on data & analytics architecture
• SAC Planning & Analytics
  • Design, build, and deploy SAC Planning models (Budgeting, Forecasting, Rolling Forecasts, What-If scenarios)
  • Manage versions, hierarchies, and time models
  • Implement Data Actions & Multi-Actions, Allocations, Advanced formulas & script logic
  • Design input-enabled stories and analytic dashboards
  • Support financial, operational, and KPI-driven planning use cases
• Integration & Landscape
  • Ensure reconciliation and consistency between actuals, plans, and forecasts
  • Support hybrid landscapes (BW / Datasphere / SAC coexistence)
• Architecture & Best Practices
  • Contribute to analytics and planning architecture design
  • Apply performance optimization best practices
  • Participate in governance, release cycles, and client/project delivery
• Delivery & Collaboration
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP analytics solutions
  • Work in Agile or hybrid delivery models
  • Support UAT, training, go-live, and post-go-live enhancements
  • Collaborate with Bilink architects and client stakeholders

• Must-Have
• 5+ years of SAP Analytics experience
• Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere and/or HANA Native modeling
• Strong knowledge of CDS Views (analytical and planning use cases) and data modeling principles for analytics and planning
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud – Planning
• Strong understanding of planning concepts (Budget, Forecast, Versions, Allocations)
• SAC Data Actions & Advanced Formulas
• Solid SAP foundation in: SAP HANA (Calculation Views, basic SQL), SAP BW / BW on HANA
• Exposure to SAP Business Objects (WebI / Universes)
• Excellent communication skills (client-facing role)
