Job DescriptionDynamics 365 Technology Manager
Person is expected to drive a large program as a Tech PM with below skills:
Contact Center Program Experience Large CCaaS contact Center implementation experience is required involving IVR, CTI, Chat, Integration
Experience of deployment of Dynamics 365 in complex environment and global multi-geo rollout.
Understand of key Dynamics 365 requirement and capability, and ablity to identify risk with the program
Good interfacing skills with third-party like Microsoft and other vendors.
Experience with Avaya, Genesys or related legacy CTI platform is nice to have Should have executed on full end to end D365 Contact Center project
Project Managers are responsible for overseeing the project/engagement/contract/activity on a daily basis and are responsible for delivering high-quality results within the identified objectives and constraints, ensuring the effective use of the allocated resources. They are responsible for risk and issue management, project/engagement communication and stakeholder management. Project managers perform the activities of planning, organising, securing, monitoring and managing the resources and work necessary to deliver specific project goals and objectives in an effective and efficient way.
Job Description - Grade SpecificResponsible for leading either a large contractorengagement or a definable segment of a very large and complex contractorengagement. Clients may be external or internal. PM are responsible for the translation of the clients complex business requirements into formal agreements. For these, PM establish specific solutions, applications or processes which ultimately culminate in customer acceptance of the results. This includes working with client team members and executives to identify business requirements and subsequently working with, and leading others, in the initiating, planning, controlling, executing and closing the clients solution.
PM are responsible for a wide range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal through development, and final delivery.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $93,800-$209,580.

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
