We established the Integrated Cloud Consulting (IC) practice, comprised of more than 300 professionals dedicated to serving the cloud and infrastructure platform needs of our clients. We serve a diverse client base across industries and geographies, focusing on meeting our clients where they are with cloud advisory, implementation and operations.

• Lead the continued growth of the IC practice serving RSM clients in a variety of industries and locations.
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of cloud leading practices, cloud architecture models, vendor products and solutions, cloud technology trends, security design and innovation, and leverage this knowledge to benefit global organizations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships built on understanding their business challenges and outcomes; identify, pursue and close new opportunities with both existing and new clients; provide subject matter knowledge to support the broader consulting practice.
• Work across multiple client account teams within a wide variety of industries; lead multiple engagements simultaneously, including several complex implementation and migration engagements.
• Lead a global team of cloud specialists; develop go-to-market solutions; collaborate with leading cloud providers and technology vendors; champion the cloud practice throughout the Firm.
• Develop and expand the portfolio of cloud solutions available to clients and contribute to the long-term vision of the cloud practice.
• Build relationships with clients to understand their challenges and desired outcomes; ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree or graduate degree with 10+ years of related work experience.
• High proficiency with popular cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience securing multi-cloud and hybrid environments; ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally; strong interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external resources at all levels.
• Excellent project management, organization, and follow-up skills; strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; ability to work in virtual teams and independently.
• Willingness and ability to travel globally; strong financial and business acumen; ability to speak about technology in business terms; curiosity and desire to learn.

• Cloud Platform Expertise
  Deep hands-on experience with one or more hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) including core services and managed offerings; ability to articulate cloud strategy and map to client architectures; knowledge of pricing models and platform nuances.
• Infrastructure and Architecture
  Strong foundation in on-premises infrastructure, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), networking, storage, data center operations; experience with hybrid/multi-cloud connectivity; infrastructure-as-code tooling (Terraform, ARM templates, Cloud Formation).
• Application Modernization and Migration
  Understanding of cloud-native and legacy application portfolios; migration strategies; knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes), microservices, serverless, and API management; experience with migration tooling and methodologies (7
  
  Rs framework).
• Security & Compliance
  Knowledge of cloud security frameworks, identity and access management, network security, data encryption and compliance; understanding of zero-trust architectures and security posture management.
• Automation and Dev Sec Ops
  Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, observability and Dev Sec Ops  practices.

RSM does not intend to hire entry level candidates who require sponsorship now or in the future. Salary range: $134,000 - $269,000. Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
