In order to address the most critical needs of our clients, RSM US LLP established the Integrated Cloud Consulting (IC) practice, comprised of more than 300 professionals dedicated to serving the cloud and infrastructure platform needs of our clients. We serve a diverse client base within a variety of industries and are focused on meeting our clients where they need us most across a variety of domains—helping them realize their stated outcomes through our advisory, implementation and operations capabilities.
Responsibilities- Lead the continued growth of our cloud practice serving RSM clients in a variety of industries and geographic locations; possess broad and deep cloud implementation and migration experience with a focus on application transformation and migration.
- Develop and execute the long-term vision of the application transformation practice, including expanding the portfolio of solutions available to clients.
- As a leader within the IC practice, develop strong working relationships with clients to understand their businesses, challenges, and outcomes; identify, pursue and close new opportunities with both existing and new clients; provide subject matter knowledge to support the broader consulting practice.
- Lead multiple team engagements simultaneously across various industries and client accounts; oversee several threads of complex implementation and migration engagements; lead a global team of application specialists and champion the cloud practice throughout the Firm.
- Contribute to the industry Eminence through publishing and speaking on relevant topics and recruit top talent through networks and Eminence activities.
- Application Modernization and Migration: Strong understanding of cloud-native, modern and legacy application portfolios and migration strategies; knowledge of standard application patterns and containers (Docker, Kubernetes), microservices, serverless and API management; experience with migration tooling and 7
Rs methodologies. - Automation and Dev Sec Ops : Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, observability and Dev Sec Ops practices.
- Infrastructure and Architecture: Strong foundation in on-premises infrastructure, virtualization, networking, storage and data center operations; understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity; experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, ARM templates, Cloud Formation).
- Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree and 10+ years of related work experience.
- High proficiency with application development technologies and cloud-native tools for modern application development.
- Experience with private, public and hybrid cloud deployments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact effectively with internal and external resources at all organizational levels.
- Strong project management, organization and follow-up skills; strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player; able to work in virtual teams and independently; willingness and ability to travel globally.
- Strong business acumen and ability to speak technology in the language of business; curiosity about business and technology; motivated to learn.
- Knowledge of one of the following industries is advantageous:
Financial Services and Insurance, Consumer Products, Technology, Industrials.

- Salary range: $134,000 – $269,000; eligible for discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
