Senior Endpoint Engineer

We’re looking for a hands‑on, senior individual contributor to modernize and operate enterprise Windows and macOS endpoints ’ll be a key technical owner for endpoint management using Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune - improving platform health, automation, and end-user experience while keeping day‑to‑day operations steady.

• Own endpoint platform standards and health across regions, including OS imaging strategy, application packaging/deployment, patching, configuration/compliance, and platform hygiene.
• Strengthen fleet visibility by defining meaningful metrics and building dashboards/alerting that show compliance, patch status, and deployment success.
• Balance BAU with modernization - handling incidents, service requests, and problem management while delivering planned change with strong risk and communications.
• Partner closely with support and peer teams to ensure smooth handoffs, clear documentation, predictable change windows, and proactive stakeholder updates.
• Stay hands‑on when momentum is needed
  : contribute to designs, troubleshoot complex issues, unblock delivery, and drive automation with Power Shell - holding high standards for quality, testing, and documentation.
• Contribute to team maturity by sharing knowledge, improving processes, and raising engineering quality

• Base salary $180,000—$200,000 USD

• A pragmatic senior engineer who enjoys scaling reliable endpoint services and staying calm under pressure
• Strong enterprise experience owning SCCM and Intune (Windows required; macOS strongly preferred)
• Track record modernizing endpoint environments while keeping operations reliable
• Solid across imaging/configuration standards, application lifecycle, patching, compliance, reporting, and Power Shell automation
• Operationally disciplined: change/incident/problem management, backlogs/sprints, RAID‑style tracking, and clear status updates
• Strong stakeholder management with service desk, infrastructure, and security teams; comfortable working with vendors when needed
• Experience in high‑expectation and/or regulated environments is a plus
