Compensation Range: $78,870 - $103,191 annually

Job Description:
The Business Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for payroll and time & attendance systems, driving optimization, compliance, and integrations across North American operations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Act as SME for ADP payroll products and ADP Workforce Manager.
  • Support payroll and time tracking operations across U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
  • Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and integrations.
  • Lead and support integrations between ADP, HCM systems, reporting tools, and finance platforms.
  • Troubleshoot payroll and workforce management system issues.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local labor laws.
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and Analytics teams.
  • Support reporting efforts using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Drive system upgrades, testing, and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Must-Haves:
    • 3 years of Business Analyst experience in payroll, HRIS, or time & attendance systems.
    • Hands-on experience with ADP payroll products and ADP Workforce Manager.
    • Strong understanding of payroll compliance across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
    • Experience integrating ADP with HCM or other enterprise systems.
    • Knowledge of time-enabled systems (time clocks, shifts, overtime).
    • Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience supporting reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
    • Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional solutions.
    • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Self-starter who can work autonomously and drive decisions.
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Familiarity with workforce scheduling and labor tracking in manufacturing.
    • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM or similar HRIS platforms.
    • Bilingual in Spanish.
    • Project management experience (PMP, Agile, etc.).
