Technical Product Manager

We are investing heavily in the next evolution of our trader-facing platform and are hiring a Product Manager to help drive that transformation. Technology is not a peripheral function in our trading environment, it is the core operating layer. The tools we build are the primary systems traders rely on throughout the day to analyze markets, make decisions, and execute strategies.

This role operates at the convergence of trading and engineering. You will rethink and redesign how traders interact with the market, from workflows and system behavior to visualization and interface design, in an environment where precision and speed are paramount. In this setting, even minor inefficiencies can materially impact outcomes. The products you shape will directly influence trading performance.

You will take a leading role in a significant platform reinvestment initiative, with meaningful ownership, strong visibility, and the opportunity to shape the trading experience for years ahead.

• Work closely with traders to develop a deep understanding of their workflows, decision processes, and behavioral patterns
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design, deliver, and continuously enhance high-performance user interfaces
• Convert business needs and trader insights into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and detailed requirements
• Lead initiatives from initial problem framing and scoping through build, rollout, iteration, and adoption
• Maintain a strong focus on workflow optimization, recognizing that small design decisions have outsized impact
• Identify opportunities to standardize tools and patterns across teams while exercising judgment on when customization is appropriate
• Clearly articulate product vision, priorities, trade-offs, risks, and progress to trading and engineering stakeholders
• Proactively identify cross-team dependencies and potential risks before they affect delivery

• Proven experience owning and delivering complex products that serve as mission-critical tools in users’ day-to-day work
• Experience in trading, capital markets, financial systems, or related domains is advantageous but not mandatory
• Strong instinct for user behavior in high-pressure environments and an appreciation for how interface design influences decision-making
• Sufficient technical fluency to engage meaningfully with engineers and reason through architecture, data flows, and trade-offs
• Demonstrated ability to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous challenges
• Effective communicator capable of working across technical and non-technical audiences
