Millennium Parking Garages (MPG) is the country's largest parking facility offering over 9,000 spaces beneath Millennium and Grant Parks, but we don’t want to be just a garage. About YouYou will own commercial insight and are accountable for the commercial data stack. Your job will be to support revenue growth by providing clear analysis, dashboards, and recommendations across pricing, performance, and customer behaviour.
You will be the single source of truth for commercial data, accountable for how data flows from source systems through reporting and into decisions. You will be expected to operate at pace in an imperfect data environment, prioritising decision usefulness over analytical perfection. You will work as part of a small, senior commercial team where collaboration, speed, and accountability matter more than hierarchy.
YourSkills and Experience
- 4-8 years in commercial analysis, revenue management, or strategy.
- Strong analytical and modelling skills.
- Strong SQL skills and a working understanding of data modelling.
- Hands on experience with BI tools (such as Power
BI / Tableau) with demonstrated experience building dashboards and performance reporting. - Experience working with ETL tools and API based data sources.
- Strong commercial judgement, an instinct for what analysis actually matters, with the ability to communicate insights clearly.
- Comfortable operating between commercial stakeholders and technical vendors.
- Experience owning analytics in a messy, multi system environment.
- Quality and usefulness of insights delivered.
- Elimination of manual, spreadsheet driven reporting.
- Single trusted commercial dataset used by leadership.
- Adoption of dashboards and reporting, replacing recurring ad hoc requests.
- Speed and clarity of decision support.
- Evidence that commercial decisions change as a result of your analysis.
