• Manages and implements program data verification processes across multiple programs and clients.
• Manages daily Salesforce operations, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
• Optimize Salesforce environment(s) to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Configures Salesforce objects, fields, and page layouts.
• Participate in Salesforce release management, testing, and deployment activities.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots application issues to determine root cause of problems or malfunctions. Proactively identifies and scopes database enhancement opportunities.
• Provide day-to-day user support, addressing user inquiries, resolving general user issues, and assisting in user training and onboarding.
• Creates and maintains comprehensive process documentation.
• Generatesweekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to audit, monitor&measure performance, and relevant metrics.
• Coordinates across multiple organizations and departments and responsible for communication of relevant information.
• Analyzescomplex sets of data and developsreporting tools in Excel and various ecommerce software systems to support program operations, summarizesfindings and improvesdata processes.
• Provides analysis and supportsaccurate forecasting for internal use and to inform clients and partners of program projections.
• Supports program evaluation efforts and identifies opportunities for process improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Aminimum of a Bachelor’s degree and previous data related experience is required
• Prior basic Salesforce administration experience (Configuring users, objects, fields, and page layouts)
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.

• Certified Salesforce Associate or Administrator
• Prior experience with Power BI, Tableau, Azure or other dashboarding/data management tools
