Investment Bank in Downtown Chicago is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst. Some of the responsibilities includes: providing level 1 & 2 support for 30 end users, consistent customer care, resolving technical assistance requests via telephone, emails, chat or desk side support and working with a support team for escalated issues.
Qualifications- 3-5 years of application and desktop support experience in financial institutions
- Effectively able to communicate with all levels of Management, IT teams and Bankers of all levels, also must have interpersonal skills
- Mobile Phones: iPhones, Blackberries, Androids
- Printer issues:
Active Directory - Password Resets - Ability to recognize and communicate risk with a strong track record for production risk mitigation is extremely important to the role
- Ability to deliver quality products and processes to a production environment
- MS Office Troubleshooting (Windows XP/7, Office 2003/2007/2010, Outlook)
- Maintain emotional control under stress
- Maintain positive attitude when dealing with clients
- Some bending, stooping, climbing and walking
- Occasional lifting and carrying of heavy objects
