This role involves solving end-user IS technology issues, documenting interactions, installing hardware and software, and managing service requests. The ideal candidate must have a high school degree, A+ certification preferred, and at least 3 years of network/application support experience. Strong customer service skills and knowledge of Windows OS are essential.
This part-time position offers a competitive pay rate of $25.00 per hour.
