As amember of our QA Team, the QAAnalyst II willbea fully capable quality assurance professional who independently plans and executes testing for assigned features or components. This role contributes to test case design, test execution, and defect management while collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and delivery teams to ensure quality throughout the delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate is expected tooperatewith minimal supervision, apply sound testing judgment, and continue developing deeper technical and automation skills.

• Independently design, execute, andmaintaintest cases for assigned features or components.
• Perform functional, regression,exploratory, and basic performance testing.
• Analyze requirements and acceptance criteria toidentifytest coverage gaps and edge cases.
• Validate fixes andconfirmreadiness for feature or release progression.

• Log defects with clear reproduction steps, evidence, and impact assessment.
• Collaborate with developers totriage, clarify, and resolve defects efficiently.
• Track defects through resolution and verify fixes during regression cycles.
• Communicate quality risks, testing status, and findings to the delivery team.

• Maintain and update test documentation, including test cases and regression suites.
• Support test environment setup, configuration, and test data preparation.
• Ensure test artifactsremainaccurateand aligned with evolving functionality.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to improve testability and quality outcomes.
• Support internal or customer-facing test events as needed.

• Follow established QA processes and standards consistently.
• Contribute suggestions for improving test efficiency, coverage, or tooling.
• Begin contributing to automated or semi-automated testing under guidance.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficiency using Jira for defect tracking and test workflows.
• Ability to independently design and execute test cases.
• Understanding offrontend and backend testing concepts.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Test Rail, Zephyr,QMetry,Test Mo).
• Exposure to test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Familiarity with API testing, basic SQL queries, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based teams.

• Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen and willing and eligible to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance at the Secret or Top-Secret level. Existing clearance is preferred.
