• Respond to and support incoming IT service tickets
• Assist with imaging and configuring computers
• Maintain and update IT documentation

• Upperclassman or recent graduate pursuing or holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology (or a related field)
• Minimum GPA of 3.4
• Ability to work 20 hours per week during the summer internship
• Foundational knowledge of Windows troubleshooting
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Self‑starter who can work independently, learn new technologies, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment

Compensation is based on experience, industry and location standards.
