You bring deep experience managing complex reviews, investigations, and productions, and seek a platform to apply that expertise at scale while building and advancing AI-enabled workflows across one of the world’s most sophisticated litigation practices. You thrive in a collaborative, high-performance environment and will partner directly with case teams on active matters, lead cross-functional initiatives, and help define how a forward-thinking firm integrates emerging technology into daily practice.
ImpactYou will be part of the firm s Innovation Program, reporting to the Director of Litigation & Practice Technology and serving as a senior leader directing a team of advisors, project managers, and data science specialists. Your mandate is to define and execute workflows focused on analysis and production of client documents, while aiding attorneys in fact development across litigations, internal investigations, regulatory responses, and other complex matters.
You will contribute to broader firm innovation initiatives by providing operational perspective on emerging technology adoption and firm-wide capabilities.
Design & Execution of Review Workflows and Analytics. Partner with stakeholders to embed AI and analytics into standardized review, validation, and production workflows. With a team of legal process engineers, define and build workflows that connect discovery tasks with related processes such as early fact investigation, deposition preparation, expert report analysis, and other fact development projects. Ensure workflows are forward-looking, evaluate emerging technologies, assess applicability to service delivery needs, and provide recommendations on adoption and implementation.
Client-Matter Advisory. Dedicate over 50% of time to direct client-matter engagement as a trusted advisor embedded within case teams. Develop and maintain substantive case knowledge to deliver ongoing, high-value consulting and inform optimal workflow design and implementation. Champion integration of firm best practices across review workflows, teamwork, and matter documentation to reinforce defensibility and consistency.

Play an active role in building analytics and GenAI-enabled review practices, driving awareness, engagement and adoption to improve proficiency and delivery effectiveness.
What You’ll Bring- Juris Doctorate required.
- 15+ years delivering consultative eDiscovery services with a career focused on managing complex reviews including investigations, document review, production, and privilege workflows across sophisticated matters.
- Designing, iterating, and validating GenAI-assisted document review workflows, with hands-on proficiency with LLM-based review tools, ability to develop and refine model prompts, apply statistical validation techniques (recall, precision, and elusion testing), and produce defensible AI methodology documentation suitable for disclosure to opposing counsel or regulators.
- Understanding end-to-end litigations and investigations, including tasks at each phase (e.g., depositions, witness interviews, expert reports, brief drafting) to identify where technology and structured workflows add value.
