About the Role:A rapidly growing SaaS technology company is seeking a Platform & Infrastructure Engineer to help design, build, and operate the cloud infrastructure that powers its product platform. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys building scalable infrastructure, improving system reliability, and enabling engineering teams to move faster through strong platform foundations.
You will work in a small, highly collaborative team responsible for the company’s Azure-based infrastructure, with a strong focus on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). This is a hands‑on engineering role where you will help build and maintain the core platform supporting product development, reliability, and uptime.

Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure supporting a production SaaS platform
- Manage and operate Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters for scalability, reliability, and performance
- Support high‑availability infrastructure with strong uptime and reliability standards
- Build and improve infrastructure that enables engineering teams to deploy and operate services efficiently
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable application delivery
- Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting systems to maintain platform health
- Manage identity, access control, and infrastructure security across cloud environments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define and improve platform standards, tooling, and infrastructure patterns
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures to support reliable platform operations
- 4+ years of hands‑on Azure cloud infrastructure experience
- Strong experience operating Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Kubernetes in production environments
- Experience supporting high‑availability SaaS or cloud‑native applications
- Knowledge of cloud networking concepts including virtual networks, DNS, and secure connectivity
- Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions or similar tools)
- Experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions (Grafana or similar)
- Experience managing identity and access controls in Azure environments
- Experience with Git Ops workflows and tools such as ArgoCD
- Experience with Terraform or infrastructure‑as‑code tools
- Experience supporting site reliability engineering (SRE) practices
- Background building or improving platform infrastructure for engineering teams
- Experience working in SaaS or cloud‑native software companies
