Position Description

As a Product Analyst at Zoro, you will partner with one or more product teams to provide data‑driven insights needed to improve the customer experience. In this role you will translate business questions into clear, measurable analysis, conduct descriptive and diagnostic analyses, execute analytical tasks, contribute to experiment design, and communicate findings in a clear, accessible way for partners. By identifying emerging trends and providing actionable outputs you will play a foundational role in helping your team make informed roadmap decisions.

Duties

and Responsibilities
  • Support the tracking and analysis of key product metrics, user funnels, and behaviors to evaluate performance.
  • Assist in translating business questions into structured analytical tasks with guidance from product managers and senior team members.
  • Support the execution and analysis of A/B tests and experiments using established tools and methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports based on defined requirements.
  • Identify basic trends and patterns in data and contribute to broader team analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to support product initiatives following established frameworks and guidance.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Understanding of key product metrics, user funnels, and performance drivers.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor insights to your audience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, or automation.
  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power

    BI.
  • Experience using AI tools for exploratory data analysis and automation.

Salary range: $49,000 — $81,700 USD
