Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop digital experiences using Guidewire Jutro (JDP) for customer and agent portals, FNOL, and self-service journeys
- Build microfront end UI components using Jutro SDKs
- Develop responsive, accessible frontends using React (preferred) or Angular
- Implement reusable component libraries and modern state management
- Integrate UI with Guidewire Cloud Edge APIs and backend services
- Support real-time data flows between frontend and Guidewire systems
- Provide L2/L3 support
, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements - Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation)
- Hands‑on experience with Guidewire Jutro / JDP
- Strong frontend expertise in React or Angular, JavaScript, Type Script
- Experience integrating frontend with REST APIs
- Knowledge of cloud-native and microfront end architectures
- Experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite (Policy Center, Claim Center)
- Understanding of insurance journeys:
Quote-to-Buy, FNOL, Policy Servicing, Claims - Familiarity with Customer Engage / Producer Engage
- Exposure to GenAI tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot)
- Guidewire certifications (Jutro/Digital)
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $100,000 - $125,000/Annum
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
