About the teamThe Partnerships Marketing and Benefits product team builds and scales marketing and digital customer experience (CX) capabilities for co‑branded credit cards, including high‑profile brands such as Cabela’s, BJ’s, REI, Kohl’s, and T‑Mobile. The team enables the Partnerships group to communicate the right message, at the right time, to the right prospective customer. Key responsibilities include creating referral and remarketing capabilities and enhancing the digital interaction with customer cards on the EASE platform.
Inthis role, you’ll learn the essentials of being a product manager and we’ll invest in you to grow in four key areas:
- Human Centered
- Collaborate with tech teams to define acceptance criteria and identify research needs for feature design.
- Break down business epics into features and user stories, driving the team toward a minimum viable product for valid feature tests.
- Business Focused
- Use hypothesis‑driven data assessment to ensure products deliver real business value.
- Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps, managing risk throughout the process.
- Technology Driven
- Work autonomously in an agile environment to research and develop technology‑centric features.
- Collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject‑matter experts to build cutting‑edge solutions.
- Manage product platforms by understanding technology trends and architecture strategy.

- Participate in horizontal forums to build trusted relationships with tech teams, designers, stakeholders, and partner teams.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
- At least 1 year of product management experience or equivalent in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
- 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
- 1+ years working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
- 1+ years as a product owner in an agile development process.
The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role vary by location:
- Chicago, IL: $101,100 – $115,400
- McLean, VA: $111,200 – $126,900
- Richmond, VA: $101,100 – $115,400
