This individual will also partner closely with Sales to support pre‑sales efforts, helping shape client solutions, develop proposals, and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle.

How

You Will Make An Impact
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network engineers, providing technical oversight, guidance, and career development.
  • Own the design and implementation of enterprise LAN/WAN architectures, including routing, switching, segmentation, and high availability.
  • Lead the design and deployment of SD‑WAN solutions across multi‑site enterprise environments.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex network and security issues.
  • Design and implement Cisco‑based solutions, including:

  • Partner with Sales and Account Teams to support pre‑sales activities, including:
    • Client discovery and requirements gathering
    • Solution architecture and design
    • Statement of Work (SOW) development
    • Technical presentations and demos
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, timeliness, and alignment to scope.
  • Contribute to practice development, including defining standards, best practices, and reusable architecture.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and expand networking capabilities.
  • Champion modern networking approaches, including SASE, segmentation, and zero trust architectures.
What You Will Bring To The Table
  • 7–10 plus years in networking, with a strong focus on LAN/WAN and SD‑WAN architectures experience.

    • Cisco Firewalls (ASA, FTD)
    • Cisco ISE (NAC, policy enforcement, segmentation)
  • Strong experience designing and implementing Palo Alto Networks firewalls, including Panorama, security policies, and advanced threat features.
  • Strong experience designing and implementing SD‑WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, Meraki, Fortinet, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of segmentation, zero trust principles, and secure network design.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience developing architecture designs, SOWs, and client‑facing deliverables.
  • Advanced hands‑on experience with:
    • Cisco routing and switching platforms (Catalyst, Nexus)
