We are hiring for a Mule Soft GTM Specialist within the Salesforce Professional Services Data Excellence & AI Practice team.
Our team is passionate about delivering Salesforce s premier AI and data product offerings to ensure customers get the most value from the Salesforce Platform. The Mule Soft Practice GTM Specialist plays a crucial role in positioning data solutions that deliver fast time-to-value, while charting the path for our customers to become a full agentic organization on the Salesforce platform.
You will have the ability to position Mule Soft solutions on varied business problems across different industries, while understanding business objectives, managing client expectations and communicating the value of our Services effectively. You ll serve as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product expert to some of the company s largest and most complex enterprise customers. You ll be a passionate, strategic Services GTM specialist with exceptional enterprise, commercial and cross-functional skills.

Responsibilities- Provide specialist Mule Soft & Integrations product & implementation expertise to help position, scope, and schedule Mule Soft Professional Services engagements, including for both customer-funded and internally funded engagements.
- Partner and build strong relationships with License Sales and Professional Services OU counterparts to educate on the positioning and representation of our Services offerings
- Engage customers, including C-Level , using a consultative selling approach that positions Salesforce and yourself as a long-term trusted advisor relationship
- Use industry expertise and business insight to understand customer motivation, business drivers, strategic goals and desired business outcomes.
- Create a compelling vision and clearly communicate our transformative solutions with the goal of generating significant success and business value from a customer s investment
- Continuously explore opportunities with existing customers regarding ‘add on’ services
- Contribute to the development of internal methodologies and standardized approaches for use across Services OUs and other regional Practices
- Meet individual Services KSOs (Key Strategic Objectives), including individual utilization and individual Services bookings influenced
- Flexibility to travel across other North American locations (typically 10%-25% per quarter)
10+ years experience, encompassing the following:
- Working with integration platforms to solve real business problems.
- Deep understanding of API-led connectivity, Mule Soft Anypoint Platform, and the emerging AI/LLM ecosystem.
- Relevant Product experience on Mule Soft s Agentic enterprise Solutions including Agent Fabric, LLM Gateway, MCP Bridge.
- Relevant experience in at least one Cloud technologies - among AWS, Azure, GCP ( sizing, design and scaling )
- Experience with different Integration Patterns and ability to recommend relevant patterns solving customer use cases.
- Strong awareness of Mule Soft different deployment models including Cloud Hub 2.0 and Runtime Fabric.
- Experience in a Professional Services GTM or delivery role (E.g. Account Partner, Client Partner, Engagement Manager, pre-sales Architect).
- Ability to translate complex, technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes and ROI for customers
- Background in a consultative role, with a strong understanding of consumption sales, technology and how software services fits into the overall sales process.
- Experience growing accounts with large and complex pursuits or projects ($M+)
- Demonstrated ability to influence a group audience, facilitate solutioning and lead discussions such as implementation methodology, road mapping, enterprise transformation strategy, and executive-level requirement gathering sessions.
- Highly collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, unpredictable environment.
- Ability to operate strategically and execute tactically, a self-starter who can drive outcomes without heavy structure.
