Overview

Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges?

You've come to the right place.

Impact

You will build next‑generation data and analytic solutions for the healthcare industry. You will own and scale proprietary analytic assets and leverage one of the industry's most comprehensive healthcare data lakes to solve complex challenges for payers, providers, and healthcare services. You will bridge the gap between deep technical data analysis and strategic client impact, developing scalable analytic assets aimed at improving healthcare delivery and outcomes.

Growth

Driving lasting impact and building long‑term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture – doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.

In return, we provide resources, mentorship, and opportunities to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Every day you'll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure to accelerate growth.

When you join us, you will have:

  • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, is all about helping you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development. The real magic happens when you take the input from others to heart and embrace the fast‑paced learning experience, owning your journey.
  • A voice that matters: From day one, we value your ideas and contributions. You'll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions, all while upholding our unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity.
  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm's diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions for our clients.
  • World‑class benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well‑being for you and your family.
Your Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in a healthcare‑related field or a quantitative discipline (e.g., Data Science, Data Analytics)
  • 1+ years of healthcare data experience, including a strong background in healthcare or clinical analytics
  • High proficiency in SQL, with the ability to independently mine and process large‑scale, complex healthcare datasets
  • Proficiency in a data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to translate complex analytical outputs into clear stories for both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Deep understanding of claims billing processes and code sets (e.g., ICD‑10, CPT, HCPCS), including knowledge of how these elements are applied in analytics
  • Working knowledge of additional coding languages (e.g., Python, R) is a strong plus
  • Self‑starter with a healthy skepticism regarding data validity and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and agile environment
