Associate Project Manager

We are seeking a qualified individual interested in becoming a contributing member of our growing team.

• Support overall project management team in planning and executing campaigns
• Create and manage project timelines for email campaigns
• Keep team members informed of tasks and deadlines to ensure projects are completed on time
• Resolve project issues and escalate as necessary
• Serve as primary point of contact for development team, preparing input documents and answering questions as they arise
• Perform quality control on email projects to ensure they deliver on expectations
• Partner with ops and tech team to develop estimates for ad hoc projects
• Identify opportunities for future optimization and lead associated implementation efforts

• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple demands, work under time pressures and meet deadlines
• Experience with the Microsoft 365 Suite
• Willingness to be open, to learn, and take on new responsibilities
• Regular, predictable attendance
• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively with broader team

• Experience with Asana project management software
• Experience with Email Service Provider (ESP) tools
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS

Bachelor’s with focus on marketing / communication / analytical skills
