This fast-growing AI SaaS business helps organisations embed AI into their products quickly and effectively. Their platform makes it simple for software companies to integrate intelligent, branded AI agents without lengthy development cycles or technical complexity.
With thousands of organisations already using the solution, the team is scaling rapidly and looking to expand their sales organisation.
What you will do- Create pipeline by prospecting net new logos across segments such as L&D tech, HR tech and adjacent SaaS.
- Run phone-first outreach at scale with clear talk tracks, objection handling, and call control.
- Build account maps to identify senior product, data, and commercial stakeholders. Find champions and influencers.
- Personalize multichannel sequences across phone, email, and Linked In.
- Qualify needs, pain, timing, and next steps. Book meetings that actually hold and convert.
- Partner with AEs to tailor messaging and handoff cleanly with context and call notes.
- Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline hygiene in the CRM.
- Hit daily activity goals and weekly pipeline goals while protecting quality.
- Share learning, logs, and feedback so we can iterate messaging quickly.
- Proven phone-first outbound experience in one of the following, inside sales, telesales, phone-led insurance, door-to-door, or SDR roles.
- Demonstrable resilience, discipline, and ownership. You show up every day and you track your numbers.
- Coachable with examples of feedback applied quickly to improve outcomes.
- Intellectual curiosity about technology and AI. You can learn product concepts fast and ask smart questions.
- Comfortable running multichannel outreach across phone, email, Linked In, and short video.
- Clear written and spoken communication. Confident on camera for short intros.
- Experience prospecting into SaaS buyers in human capital, HR tech, edtech, training, or adjacent markets.
- Familiarity with tools such as Unify, Clay, Nooks, Lemlist, Zoom Info, Apollo, or similar.
- Prior CRM use such as Hub Spot or Salesforce.
- Comfortable posting on Linked In and contributing thought starters that support outreach.
- Evidence of high activity and grit for example top quartile dials, connects, or meeting creation in prior roles.
Clear progression to Senior SDR or AE based on consistent delivery, quality of opportunities, and mastery of discovery and handoff.
