Workforce Software; WFS Consultant​/Functional Architect

Job Responsibilities

• Works with clients’ leadership and Accenture project members to identify, analyze, and devise solutions to address complex business requirements and processes related to all areas of workforce management optimization.
• Leads all phases of an implementation: requirements, construction, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify labor cost best practices, implement process improvements, and drive resources to deliver outcomes on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
• Proactively identifies project issues and recommends viable solutions.
• Provides content expertise for tool set‑up and implementation ensuring successful and sustainable execution of workforce management tools and technologies.
• Leads trainings in workforce management tools for leadership and staff.
• Supports the development of analytic models; expands functionality of existing analytic tools and presents analyses to front‑line leaders, mid‑level leaders, and senior leadership.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Time/Attendance in Workforce Software suite.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience implementing or training on a packaged software system or a highly complex internally developed application.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with integrations in Workforce Software suite.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year work experience).

• Experience with 3GL/4GL languages such as JavaScript.
• Experience leading workshops for gathering requirements and running meetings.
• Team lead experience.
• External client‑facing consulting experience.

Colorado $63,800 to $169,300;

Massachusetts $63,800 to $180,300;
Minnesota $63,800 to $169,300;
New York $66,300 to $196,000;
New Jersey $68,000 to $196,000;
Washington $80,200 to $180,300.
