We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Support Technician to support multiple client locations across the Chicago area. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of IT experience who are eager to grow their career in IT support and networking.
Title: Field Support Technician
Location: Chicago, IL (Downtown)
Duration: Long‑Term Contract
Pay Rate: $20–$26/hr on W2
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to multiple client sites for onsite IT support
- Handle basic system, desktop, and networking tasks
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and connectivity issues
- Assist with device setup, installations, and user support
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Go‑getter attitude with a willingness to learn
- Professional personality and customer‑focused approach
- Basic understanding of systems, desktops, and networking
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Travel is mandatory for this role
