About the RoleThey are seeking a Technical Trainer/ Automotive Technician Trainer to support product training, technical troubleshooting, and customer engagement across the U.S. market. This role is ideal for a technically hands-on professional who enjoys working directly with customers, delivering training, and solving real-world mechanical challenges.
Responsibilities- Deliver technical training to mechanics, technicians, dealers, and end-users (remote and on-site)
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and field support for heating and HVAC-related systems
- Travel across the U.S. to conduct training sessions, installations, and customer support visits
- Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, webinars, and technical documentation
- Support trade shows, customer demonstrations, and sales initiatives
- Act as a technical resource for internal teams including Sales, Engineering, and Customer Support
- Assist customers and dealer networks in diagnosing and repairing systems
- Collaborate with industry partners and associations to align training standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across training and technical services
- 5+ years of experience in technical service, mechanical systems, or field support roles
- Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, fuel-operated heaters, or similar mechanical systems
- Background in automotive, heavy truck, RV, bus, or off-road equipment environments
- Strong ability to train and communicate technical concepts to a variety of audiences
- Experience developing technical training materials or delivering structured training programs
- Comfortable with extensive travel across the United States
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally

Pay range and compensation package$90-105K base salary + bonus + benefits
