Information Technology Manager

We are partnering with a leading food and beverage company focused on delivering globally sourced, high-quality ingredients and innovative food products. With over three decades of industry expertise, the company combines deep knowledge of global flavors with advanced sourcing, custom blending, and product development capabilities to support customers across food service, industrial manufacturing, and retail markets. They are seeking an IT Support Manager to lead the end-user support function.

This role will oversee daily IT operations, manage a team of support specialists, and ensure the reliable delivery of Office 365 services, technical support, and infrastructure support across the organization.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT Support team
• Manage daily workload, ticket queues, and service levels
• Establish and monitor KPIs (SLA adherence, ticket resolution time, user satisfaction)
• Oversee Office 365 configuration, administration, and support
• Ensure high-quality end-user support across all Microsoft Office applications
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
• Improve and standardize IT processes and workflows

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in an IT Support Lead or Manager role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry (nice to have)
