POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking a hands‑on Network Administration Manager to lead the reliability, security, and modernization of our enterprise and jobsite networks using a Microsoft‑first, Zero Trust strategy. This role owns end‑to‑end network operations, spanning Azure, on‑premises, and distributed jobsite environments, while leveraging Microsoft 365 E5, Defender, Sentinel, Entra , and Intune to deliver a secure, scalable, and resilient network experience.
This is a leadership role for a technically strong network professional who understands that identity, endpoint, and network security are inseparable in modern environments.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES- Own and optimize network operations across headquarters, Azure cloud, hybrid infrastructure, and distributed job sites.
- Architect and maintain secure Azure and hybrid network designs, including VNets, routing, segmentation, and hybrid connectivity.
- Design for high availability, resiliency, performance, and disaster recovery.
- Implement and operate identity‑aware network access using Entra , Conditional Access, device posture, and secure access services.
- Administer Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Cloud, Defender for Identity, and Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM/SOAR).
- Configure and manage Azure network security controls, including Azure Firewall, NSGs/ASGs, Application Gateway, WAF, and DDoS Protection.
- Develop and enforce DLP and information protection policies across Microsoft 365 workloads.
- Oversee the secure use of Microsoft 365 E5 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, One Drive, Power Apps, Teams, Entra , and Intune.
- Ensure tight alignment between identity, endpoint, and network security controls.
- Lead network monitoring, observability, and incident response using Azure Monitor, Network Watcher, and Sentinel.
- Drive measurable improvements in security posture, uptime, and response times.
- Produce operational metrics and SLA reporting for leadership.
- Mentor and lead network and security engineers.
- Define and enforce network standards, secure architecture patterns, and governance guardrails.
- Partner with Cloud, Security, and Application teams to deliver secure‑by‑design solutions.
- Implement automation and AI‑assisted operations using tools such as Power Shell, Azure Automation, Logic Apps, ARM/Bicep, or Terraform.
- 7+ years of enterprise network engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, DLP, Intune, and Microsoft 365 E5 security capabilities.
- Proven experience designing and operating Azure networking and hybrid connectivity (Express Route, VPN).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Zero Trust architecture and Secure Score–driven improvement.
- Experience supporting distributed or jobsite‑based environments (e.g., construction, manufacturing, retail).
- Familiarity with OT/IoT or constrained‑connectivity networks.
- Experience driving automation‑first network operations.

Identity and Access Administrator Associate - SC‑200 – Microsoft Security Operations Analyst (preferred)
Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000
