The Impact of a Sr. Enablement Consultant at Coupa:As a Senior Enablement Consultant, you will be a strategic partner to our customer
experience leadership teams. You will move beyond traditional training delivery to act as a
consultant who diagnoses performance gaps and architects holistic solutions that drive
measurable business outcomes. This role is central to our transition toward an AI first
agentic enablement model where we leverage cutting-edge technology to maximize speed-to
- adoption and scale our impact across the global business.
Owning the Highspot strategy for your business unit, youll be transforming it from a static content hub into an agentic enablement engine that delivers just-in-time guidance, immersive buyer experiences, and AI-driven engagement. You’ll design scalable templates and playbooks, enable the field on modern selling motions, and use intent data and performance analytics to continuously optimize impact across deal velocity, win rates, and customer outcomes.
WhatYou'll Do:
- Partner with assigned stakeholders across the business:
Customer Success,
- Architect and lead end-to-end enablement initiatives:
From scoping and design to
- Drive an AI First Enablement Strategy:
Proactively identify opportunities to use AI
- AI Orchestration & Agent Creation:
Design and deploy custom AI agents and
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Portfolio Managers, Instructional
- Act as an Enablement Consultant to the Business:
Utilize data from Salesforce,
- Measure & report on Enablement Effectiveness:
Integrate learning metrics directly
- Drive adoption of our core methodologies: (e.g., MEDDPICC, Value Selling, Success
- Feedback Loops:
Establish continuous feedback mechanisms with the field to iterate
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Experience (Success, Professional Services,
- AI-First Proficiency:
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI platforms (Gemini, Claude,
Experience in custom agent creation is a significant plus.
- Strong consulting and diagnostic skills; ability to influence senior leadership and navigate
- Deep proficiency in the modern business sales tech stack, specifically Salesforce, Gong,
- An AI First mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to maximize speed to
- Proven track record of managing multiple global projects simultaneously with extreme
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for
- Ability to travel up to 25% to support global teams.
