Oracle Specialist/ Consultant, IT Consultant
Job Description
Partner with our implementation partner to review and validate OCI architecture and design decisions.
Take hands‑on responsibility for OCI environment configuration, including compute, networking, IAM, and connectivity.
Co‑Lead architecture and implementation of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HR and local payroll needs.
Establish standards and best practices across OCI and Oracle Fusion (HCM, EPM, FAH, FDI).
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and operationally sustainable.
Drive transition from implementation to internal ownership, including documentation and knowledge transfer.
Identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities in current architecture.
Serve as the internal subject matter expert for OCI and Oracle integrations.

8+ years of experience in cloud architecture or engineering, with hands‑on OCI experience.
Proven experience with
1) Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) compute, networking, IAM, compartments,
2) Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and
3) Oracle Fusion applications (HCM and/or EPM strongly preferred).
Experience working alongside large system integrators (e.g., IBM, Accenture).
Ability to operate as both architect and hands‑on builder.
Experience supporting or building integrations for HR/payroll systems.
Strong understanding of cloud security, identity, and networking concepts.
Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and issues.
Experience and comfort solving problems in an ambiguous environment where there is constant change. Experience with Oracle Cloud applications and tools.
Experience transitioning environments from implementation to steady‑state operations.
