We are looking for a highly self‑motivated individual who analyzes and defines efficient and creative solutions to business problems.

    • Define and document clear and concise requirements that describe business scenarios and processes in language understandable to both technical and domain stakeholders
    • Own the requirements through their full lifecycle. Ensure that requirements are clearly documented; reviewed and approved by the business community; managed and updated under change control; and developed, tested and implemented to meet the true business needs

  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal customers, helping align their needs with what’s best for a organization and working together to find the right compromise
  • Strong consensus building skills and ability to convey technical concepts in a clear, understandable way
  • Knowledge of XML and SQL Server with the ability to write basic queries
  • Occasionally this role may be required to work a few hours on a weekend and/or late night in support of scheduled system releases
