10 is currently seeking a Project Manager for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Chicago, IL. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

Pay range: $69 - $79 per hour

Seeking an experienced Technical Program / Project Manager to support enterprise IT infrastructure programs and projects focused on infrastructure modernization, cloud migrations, network transformation, cybersecurity initiatives, and operational governance. This highly technical role will manage large-scale infrastructure initiatives, coordinate cross-functional technical teams, and partner primarily with internal IT infrastructure, operations, networking, security, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale infrastructure programs and technical projects from initiation through implementation
• Manage complex enterprise infrastructure initiatives including cloud migrations, WAN/network modernization, and endpoint management
• Coordinate multiple related projects within larger infrastructure programs
• Develop and maintain program reporting for internal IT leadership and executive stakeholders
• Support infrastructure governance, operational planning, and compliance initiatives
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, operations, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning
• Oversee vendor coordination and third-party technology partners
• Ensure projects follow established project management methodologies, standards, and best practices
• Support strategic infrastructure modernization and operational improvement efforts

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in technical project or program management
• Proven experience managing large enterprise infrastructure projects and programs
• Strong background supporting network, infrastructure, cloud, and operational technology initiatives
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream infrastructure programs
• Budget management and financial planning experience
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance practices
• Experience providing executive-level program reporting and status communication
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced technical environments
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
• Enterprise networking and infrastructure operations
• Cybersecurity and regulatory compliance initiatives

• Hardware refresh and upgrade programs
• Merger & acquisition technology integration efforts
• Vendor and consulting partner management
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• CISSP or cybersecurity-related certifications preferred
• Agile/Scrum experience preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Able to operate independently with minimal oversight
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities
• Comfortable managing highly visible and complex initiatives
• Collaborative and relationship-focused with strong technical credibility
