Qlik View Developer
Location:
Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX
We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) professional with 3+ years of experience in BI development, reporting, and data analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in BI tools such as Qlik View and Power BI, along with solid knowledge of SQL, data warehousing concepts, and Unix scripting. Exposure to SAP Business Objects and Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence dashboards and reports.
- Work with stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
- Develop interactive visualizations using Power BI, Qlik View, or similar BI tools.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Support data warehousing initiatives and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Perform data analysis and generate insights for business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation and scheduling tasks.
- Work with SAP Business Objects for enterprise reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues.
