Scrum Master – Fin Tech ONLY (Contract)
Location:
Chicago, IL
Job Type: Contract
Looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong Fin Tech background for a contract role in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate should have experience leading Agile teams, managing Scrum ceremonies, and supporting technology-driven financial platforms. Exposure to cloud technologies is preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Onshore offshore coordination
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
- Work closely with product owners, business teams, and developers
- Remove blockers and ensure smooth Agile delivery
- Track sprint progress and support continuous improvement
- Support Fin Tech and cloud-related projects
- Promote Agile best practices across teams
- Strong Scrum Master experience in Fin Tech
- Experience with banking, lending, payments, or financial platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
